Software Mixer is built so your recordings stay with you. This page explains the little information we do handle.
Your recordings
Audio you record with the app is saved only to the folder you choose on your own computer. The app never uploads, copies or transmits recordings, and we never have access to them.
What the app sends us
If you have a Pro subscription, the app contacts softwaremixer.com about once a day, when the computer is online, to renew your license key. It sends only your license email address and your current license key. It sends no recordings, device names, channel names or usage information. The free version doesn't contact us at all.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe shares with us your name, email address and subscription status so we can issue and renew your license. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
We use your email address to send your license key, answer support requests, and send notices about your subscription. We don't sell or share it, and we don't send marketing email without asking.
This website
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our server keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
